Pleat Soup

As much as I love the full-length maxi skirts that are everywhere, I am also loving the almost-maxi skirts. With tons of pleats in flowy fabric, they are a nice way to still show off your shoes while getting the effect of a maxi skirt. Believe it or not, I have had this pea soup colored skirt for quite some time. If I wear this low on the waist it is a maxi skirt, but pull it up high it is this new fab length that is suddenly “in”. Throw on a tied button-up like this sexy sheer one by Elizabeth and James and your outfit is ever-so-trendy. Choose your skirt first like this bright red one by Dolce Vita or this simple black Chloe beauty and build your outfit from there! ♥

bracelets (top to bottom): Forever 21, Coach
